They have these Oscar Mayer selects turkey dogs that I surprisingly love.

Ball Park angus beef and Nathan's are both excellent.

I like both along with Hebrew Nation, but they are also hard to burn/blacken. With the Ball Park Angus the meat gets crunchy before you can blacken the outside.

Nathan's, but make sure not to accidentally pick up skinless. The ones with casing are more difficult to find in New Orleans for some reason.

ETA - also fry in butter in a heavy pan to get that awesome snap, don't grill

I like Nathan's a bit better than Hebrew National, but both are great. If I really want to splurge, sometimes I'll get Boar's Head Frankfurters with natural casings. Like Nathan's and HN, hey also taste great, but the "snap" of the casing puts it over the top.

Almost as important as the brand you get is your method of cooking. I happen to have a roller grill which I think beats any other method. Outdoor grills are usually too hot and they don't allow the grease to baste the dog. You can approximate a roller grill in a large skillet by keeping the dogs rolling around. Boiling is NOT acceptable.

Cut them in a diamond cross hatch pattern and they will blacken up just fine. Brush on some BBQ sauce or a sauce with hot sauce and butter. Fricking delicious.

Vienna Beef brand.

My trip to Chicago was eye opening as it relates to delicious hot dogs. Of course( they aren't available here but you can order them online.
