Your question is flawed. If #1 is totally boring and only cares about bitching and spending money, you both have little to no interest in sex more than likely, because she is a miserable human being.
#2 gives what you listed, good to great sex and is the obvious choice. You'll actually like her, which means sex can be plentiful and fun.

And you go for the chick you actually like (i.e. the one with a reasonable personality) over the smokeshow any day. If you're so shallow that you'd choose a vapid, bitchy spendthrift, you shouldn't have too much compunction about marrying the decent girl and paying a $500 an hour whore from time to time. They tend to be pretty hot.
