Tough call.
Nobody really stands out above the rest. I'd prob give it to Hazard because he is the best player on the best team. I usually don't like that argument but in a case where they are all pretty even I think it's a fair tiebreaker.

Why is Coutinho on there? Cazorla has had a way better season, and he shouldn't be on any list. Coutinho has scored some amazing goals, but I don't understand the pick.

I'd go with Hazard. If I were a defender he would be the guy I would least want to play against
