To be specific, cannabis oil is legal. You have to travel to Colorado or somewhere where it is legal to grow and sell the oil. For select illness.

Absolutely nothing wrong with it being a treatment. The medicines your loved ones take are made from much worse things. Trust me.

Now this is how you stage a press conference:
What journalist is going to challenge him with that audience.

Neither actually cover what actually passed. Cannabis oil is different. It was the safest play for a southern state as it has 5% THC while providing the great benefits that the plant holds for medical use. Many think that medical marijuana is a farce, but in fact, while many people in states abuse the "medical" piece with phantom illness, the plant has many great medical effects. It is ignorance to slap a label of "bad" on a plant because some people use it to get high.

What's the point of approving MM but not allow locals to grow it for the oil?
This is like when Oregon legalized MM but didn't allow dispensaries.
It's a good 1st step, just doesn't make sense.

The cynical side of me thinks that there are political connections to companies who will be able to sell it down the line.
Any which way, it is remarkable that Ga is one of the first to take this step even if it is just a baby step. The more states that start to pass these laws, the faster that a national law will be passed.

I'm guessing hash oil doesn't fall under this.

Pretty sure almost half the states have some form of medical and/or recreational.

I meant southern states, but yeah it is impressive how many states have this in other parts of the country.

And then drive back across states where you can be stopped and arrested. Or take it on an airline where you can be searched
