I hate ALL poisonous snakes.
I kill all that I "assume" to be poisonous.
I dislike all snakes.
I don't kill all snakes.
That's just my personal preference, and what I do, nobody has to agree or disagree with my opinion.
I said all that to say this,, we can't tell whether that snake is killed or not, but we can tell that snake ain't gonna hurt anybody, dead or alive.
Us snake haters debate the snake lovers on a regular basis,, if you have a point in posting this picture, please say it,, cause w/o any explanation, it's nothing but a troll to both sides,, which I tend to believe that's what you're doing. If so, enjoy.

Awesome. I'm going to assume you didn't kill it and you're letting it crawl over your feet to show that you're like the fricking beast master. Kudos.
However, if you did kill it, you just eliminated one of the few creatures on the planet that will keep both vermin and venomous snakes off your property. No kudos for that.

Picked up a baby cottonmouth yesterday on number 13 at Links on the Bayou with my wedge and nine iron. It was in the middle of the fairway. Tossed it into the rough. First one I've seen this year.
