Looks like a signing for good camp depth on a 90 player roster.He did not show much last year could have been his head was not all in an could have been in not the best shape.With Leito moving to left guard the back up center position is wide open.Brewster-Millier-Golic all ufda players an Payton may draft one late so i can understand him resigning with Saints as his agent knows Payton is one of the few nfl head coach who give a ufda the same chance as a draft pick which is why despite having for now almost double the normal picks i predict another good UFDA 2015 class.

One point i found out is that after saints cut him he try,d to make it on a cfl roster but was cut however i think CFL teams can only have a max. # of American players on the roster an the O-line is one spot in the Cfl more canucks from other positions.He then played arena ball so he keeps trying an he could be now in shape.

So just a head count we now stand at 70 players with 9 draft picks currently to come. That leaves room for just 11 more FAs or UDFAs. That may be the lowest number of UDFAs we've had under Payton.
