bitter sweet. I'm sad that one of my all-time favorite shows is ending, but elated to experience it at the same time. It's silly that Boyd has become the cat with 9 lives, but the show has excelled in spite of this.

In a way I'm going to be kind of bummed if Raylan leaves Harlan alive, and in a way I'll be bummed if he doesn't.

have that too. that's my go-to drink due to it's wonderful cost for flavor, but woodford is my special one. love that stuff

Would be cool to see Boyd & Raylan go their separate ways. But I dont think it will happen.

Until this season I had a begrudging respect for Boyd. They turned him into a mindless killer this season for a reason. I don't see him getting out alive.

Because he is basically a "tragic" character who can't get out of the shadow of his past (father, hometown, old associates). They would be changing that aspect of him if they allowed him to actually leave Harlan behind. So from the point of view that I don't want to see them change that aspect of his character, I would be kind of bummed to see him get out alive.
But I also have a conflicting desire to see him actually get a "happy" ending, and make it out alive. I normally prefer happy endings to tv shows and movies, especially with characters that I have become invested in like Raylan (and Boyd for that matter).
ETA: If Raylan makes it out, I hope that Boyd also makes it out. If one of them dies, I kind of hope they both die. Their characters have been too intertwined since the pilot for them not to either make it or not together.
