Min Pitcher Innings Required

This is our first year moving from points to categories and was wondering how most leagues handle pitcher requirements.
Is this normal to require 10 innings min for pitchers with scoring being head to head categories? I put a min on originally at 10 ip, but wanted to know if this was typical and should think about getting rid of that all together?
Do any of yall also have any other rules such as cap pitcher starts or player at bats and if so does it work out pretty well or there issues late in season?

You def need a requirement if you want valid pitching stats. Otherwise people can just throw closers out there and win era and k/9 or whip (if you use them) every week.
25 - 30 is a better requirement.

Thanks will talk about uping it then with the league. Currently we just do ks wins whip era and saves (went standard since first time in this format)

10 innings ensures you only have to start one guy all week to be safe. Not significant.
Depending on how many pitching positions and roster spots, it can be variable. But If you want SPs to really matter, I'd suggest 30-35 innings in a league with at least 23-25 roster spots.

It's week 2 and nothing is changing. Couple guys asked about it so I thought id ask people with more experience. Told guys though only way anything would change is if everyone agreed. If anything it would go down not up this year. Really came here more for background what a normal innings pitched minimum is for most leagues or if most leagues even have them. Trust me going down wouldn't of effected anyone bc everyone was way over 10 innings last week regardless.
Eta: This all started bc guys were confused with scoring early in week not reading correct early in week. No one really has an issue with way it is now, but since they did ask I did want to make sure that this was normal practice. Thanks for feedback though definitely good ideas for next year.

Im new to Fantasy Baseball, what does it mean by max innings pitched at 1800 innings? Is that for (1) SP slot can only pitch 1800 innings, or combined all pitchers can only pitch 1800 innings all year?

Combined because no can pitch over like 250 innings anyway (and that would be an insane amount). A healthy pitcher would make like 33 starts in a year.
