Need to kill it to get this on tap

Need to kill the Alpine to get the Banquet beer on tap since I got an occupation to occupy me there.

FBD was a 2013 Matilda earlier. Needed to do some quality control of my "cellar".
I noticed a little rust around the cap of that one and another one. Opened sbd drank to test. Everything tasted fine. I need to do something about the moisture. I have a thermostat on a dorm fridge. Any advice?

Eta, moving across the country tomorrow so it'll need to be something I can easily tell my brother to do since he will be in charge of most of my beers

Unless you are going to build a humidity controlled closet or go rent space at a wine storage facility then I think you are screwed on it. I rent a locker at a wine place here for $15 a month. They also have a bunch of styro wine shippers there that I can get for free so its worth it to me. I would think the humidity wouldn't be that big of a deal on capped bottles, its the corked ones that it would harm.

Eep!

Sorry we couldn't make it Saturday. Had a crawfish boil planned in New Orleans that got canceled last minute.

I bought a wine cooler off amazon a month ago. It has been great so far. You can set to the exact temp you want.

Have you had any Crazy Mountain (Edwards, CO) beers? Ran across some from this brewery the other day and have never had it before. The mountain livin' pale ale was okay.

Yes I have but none that were memorable. So not bad but nothing stood out.

FBD pic from a buddy. Lucky bastard. According to him, '12 had no bourbon flavor, '13/14 were very close to each other and '15 was all bourbon. FBD will be a little later for me.

2BD: FW Wookey Jack

First time trying, and this is excellent. Most of the black IPA's I've tried, I end up not being a huge fan of because they tend to subdue the smell and taste that draws me to the IPA style. This one does not do that at all.

I am not drinking this week - trying to lose a few pounds. I don't know how long I will last this week. CBC is happening. A lot of Crazy sutff going on.

Congrats, 8YS, I think...
