Who here takes glucosamine pills? How the hell do you swallow those

elephant doses? I cut them in half and still choked on it. Just stayed lodged in my throat. I've got to cut them into quarters just to get them down. Why the hell do they make them so big?

Let me help here:
I can't take those elephant sized pills either. So I went on Amazon and got this:
Swanson Glucosamin Chondroitin "mini-tabs". They are normal-sized pills and six of these small pills equal one giant horse pill. Look them up. I've been using them for almost two years now and they've been a knee saver for sure.
Yeah, it sucks having to take 12 mini pills a day, but there's no other solution. I went and purchased almost every other "mini glucosamine" tablet I could find, but they were all still huge.

I take them for my knees. They seem to help a little. Never had a problem taking the pills

I have no idea. That's embarrassing. I guess I was trying too hard to make sure I spelled glucosamine correctly.

Yes I do, and as an adult I can stake the pills without a problem. They seem to help.
