Small lake or large pond... call it what you like... inside our condo development.

The nutria (three of them, it looks like) play and swim around and mingle and eat with the geese.

I think they're kinda cute. Should they be eradicated or tolerated? Is there some compelling reason to wipe out all Louisiana nutria on sight?

Your condo will be in the middle of a large lake in the future.

You've probably never seen what they can do to cause damage to canal banks, drainage structures, marsh vegetation, etc.

Those lite fckers can turn into a family of 20 in no time and tunnel under about 10 spotss under the condos or walkways near the lake.

Shoot them or trap them. Keep traps out to catch future invaders as soon as they show up.

Your house will be falling into the lake in 10 years if you keep them there.

Choot em!They are going to tear that place up. Cut the tails off. Bring the tails to wildlife and fisheries get $5 per tail. Dispose of the bodies in the nearest bayou/canal.

They're not cute. They are a nuisance. Kill them.
