Just opened in front of Le Triomphe , went for my birthday Friday night and it was outstanding . They serve Allen Brothers steaks and have some really creative appetizers and desserts. Had Duck and Tasso Spring rolls, baked brie with fig jam and walnuts, NY Strip was perfect . Banana Nut French toast was a perfect finish , great wine list too.... Cool thing when you order a steak they bring you this tray full of different knives to pick from, used an old western looking one with an ivory handle...... Great place for dinner !

Sounds great, will have to check it out next time im in town.

Checked the website--appetizers seem very standard. Am I missing the really creative selections?

MENU

Here is their Facebook , menu is available on there. They have a restaurant in Lafayette that is much more casual, maybe you looked at that one because I don't think the new ones website is up yet

The one in Broussarf looked pretty good, made me want to have calamari for brunch.

Yeah, that's the menu.

Fried Calamari
Crab Cakes
Charcuterie
Focaccia
Boudin Cakes
Duck and Tasso Spring Rolls
Coconut Shrimp
Brie with figs
Bruschetta

Would destroy all of these, but all pretty run of the mill.

I get what you're saying, but they aren't run of the mill for the Broussard area, plus everything we had was done well

Boom, love it. Will definitely give them a shot when I'm in town.

Thanks for the heads up!
