Umm.. Boltons?
The Bolton's are certainly not the first house to go against the Starks, but none have succeeded yet. We'll see.

Were they Bannerman to the Starks though?
Yeah but begrudgingly I think. It's actually a good parallel to lannister/targ from what I understand.

Were they purposefully unclear about who Little finger was engaged to now or did I just not catch who they were talkin about? Certainly not Sansa right?

I think so.

As far as whether Sansa, it'll be interesting to see how they would navigate her remarrying with the Boltons alliance with the Lannisters who still hold the Iron Throne (even if in the name of a Baratheon) and she's still married to Tyrion.

Only thing I could see would be somehow confirming her marriage was never consummated.

The plan I believe is to reclaim the north in Sansa Starks name, which would be in direct rebellion of the Baratheon rule. So I don't think that's an issue

Not to mention they think she is partially responsible for Joff's death.

It's obviously not out of the question that a northern house would oppose the Starks. I'm sure it's happened many times before, but the majority of houses remain loyal out of deference to the Stark's honor. I think the Boltons are completely fricked.

Remember blueboy, no discussion of the books beyond this point in the show. I wouldn't want to RA you and get you banned for another year.

Whatever. I edited, but these threads have become one huge blur. I'm surprised I haven't accidentally posted in the Hodor thread yet.

Coco's judgment would be swift and painful should you venture there. I pray such a fate does not befall you.

Yeah, "accidentally" posting in there has not gone well for many posters.

I live with a book reader and also with what I call a Comatose Khal Drogo (ie, hodors that can't remember names, or what happened two episodes ago...you know the worst) and I am a middle grounder that probably knows more than I should

Me and my book reader roommate spent all day spitting out theories, talking about characters, and the show and what happened in it, just really diving into it and going crazy

My comatose Khal Drogo friend comes home and watches Sundays episode for the first time and his reaction after it ended was."oh that was it? Nothing happened"

I like Tommen

So he's pretty much a lock to get murdered pretty soon

The interaction with Davos gave me hope that Jon Stark will rise one day. Davos has some damn good advice and people usually take it

Tommen and margary being so happily married makes me very nervous for Tommen's life.
