Good enough bitches
ETA: Jags and Panthers had an advantage since their expansion was in the free agency era.

27. New Orleans Saints

I know they were spawned from the Browns but the Ravens are considered a brand new franchise. It'd be interesting to see where they'd be if they started from that year. They've had a lot of success for such a relatively young franchise, success that can't happen in such a short amount of tie (SB opportunities in wins and losses, division titles, and Hall of Famers)

ALL that matters is who wins the last Super Bowl

Shirts will be printed.
Edit: 4 realz though, they should only go by conference and SB titles.

I know, right? What can I say, Seattle was the better team that day and the Patriots just couldn't stop Marshawn Lynch once he got to the 1 yard line.
Oh.
Wait a second... did I get that wrong?

You know what they say about people who make derogatory nicknames for teams they don't like

I know they used a whole ranking system but I don't see how the Titans are ranked 20th, I'm a Titans fan but i figured we would be lower

Didn't read the link, but do the Titans get credit for what the Oilers did in the 70s and 90s? They never won a trophy but they won a decent amount of games

I assume that we do and now that you mention it that makes a lot more sense
Would like to see where we would be from 99-present

Top 8 seems about right. There are a few puzzling rankings though. How is Minnesota at #9 when they haven't even won a Super Bowl? What makes them a greater franchise than the Buffalo Bills for example? How are the Giants only #13 when they have four Super Bowl wins and five Super Bowl appearances? There's way too much emphasis placed on # of HOFers and regular season win percentage. The number of postseason wins and postseason appearances should be included in the criteria as well.

Jacksonville and Houston down there in the gutter.

Bills really only had four good years. Both have 4 SB losses, but the Vikings were at the top for a long time and just always blew it somehow.

They have like the 7th or 8th best regular season record of all-time. They are very good in the regular season, but have historically under performed in the playoffs based on all of the teams around them.

If you start with the Benson era (1986 to present) we stack up much better in the win pct category.

Vikings have won a ton of games and have been to 4 Super Bowls.
They are top 10 for sure.
