If so, is it worth downloading?

I've read 5.0 is buggy but 5.1 is awesome. I have not tried either one.

I did on my old nexus 7 and it was slow as hell but then I rooted and installed cyanogenmod 12 and saved it.

I haven't rooted my phone but have been thinking about it.

I just updated my S4 to 5.0.1. It's OK I guess. It looks really iPhone like. I feel like I have an Easter theme on my phone. I haven't noticed any bugs or anything.

I have 5.0.2 on my Sony Xperia Z2. It is amazingly fast on my phone. I have not had any problems. Most problems I have seen people bitch about at least on my brand of phone is the user's own problem by dirty flashing the os and not completely wiping their phone before installing.

Did you install it by computer or over the air?

I'll be getting it for the note 4 soon but some were having issues with random reboots and freezes on the Verizon Note 4. Best thing to do is if you do upgrade and start to have issues is to call your carrier and complain regularly it's about the only way the will fix issues once an update is released.

I have it on my VZW Note 4. Fixed the stupid contacts force close problem, added a mute option for ringer/vibrate. Looks a little foofoo with the colors, but other than that it works fine.

Mine says I have 5.0.2
It's says my "baseband" edition is Kernel
HTC m8
It did download something over WiFi on Sat that took about 10 minutes to complete and install

I have it on my 2nd gen Nexus 7. It's nice, not a huge improvement, though.
Verizon is slower than Christmas at rolling out Android updates. Maybe next year I'll be able to get it on my Droid Turbo.

I downloaded 5.0.1 for S4. So far the things I don't like, I can't seem to change my text notification back to double vibrate. It wants to only do long vibrate for every text. Also, I can't control my music from the lock screen anymore.

Still running KitKat (4.4.2) on my S3. We've run into an odd issue with anything higher has an "upgrade" to Exchange that causes the emails to work more like gmail. The problem though is that if someone tries to send anything out without unchecking the "Quote text" box or clicking "RESPOND INLINE" then the mail gets stuck in their Outbox and never sends (we're running Exchange 2003, which is probably the real culprit). Verified with Droid tech support.

I have it on my S5. It's different, but I haven't encountered any problems
