It's certainly not "funny," since people are financially hurting and this is a predatory company. However, they said on tv the money is expensive and the paperwork says they owe 5x what they borrow. At some point, it's also on you to have common sense.

It boggles my mind that a spouse would withhold financial information. Doesn't sound like a solid foundation for wedded bliss to me, especially in a community property state.
