Richard Dysart has passed.
To this day, my dad believes Leland knew the elevator shaft was empty and he gave Rosalind a helpful push.

Very few people on TV deserved to die as much as Rosalind Shays.

Dr. Pulaski was one of them.
I watched LA Law, but I'll always remember Dysart best as Harry Truman in "Day One".

Her sparring with Jill Eikenberry was memorable though. Great show that I really enjoyed. Leland Mckenzie was was stalwart, gave the rest of the cast latitude. The show was quite the forerunner in some scripting sensibilities and dialogue.

Diana Muldaur just seemed to always have permanent bitch face on full blast. Her normal expression portrayed scorn and disdain.
She was a hottie back in the Original series.
