Apparently "high end" sex dolls are a thing now

Im seeing numerous articles about this in my feed lately ( rolling stone, vanity fair next month) so I searched and these things start at $5k :what:

1 guy had over 10 of them, all big breasted. It was sort of funny and sort of sad.
The main guy in the episode i watched actually found a broad and she was coming over to meet his other woman(real doll). Lady said she was a little jealous of the doll, and then when he started to stroke the dolls hair while talking to her, the lady sort of got creeped out and ended up ending their relationship.
Seriously, if it comes back on, check it out, it's some thing else, some thing is key.
