Friday, I really wanted an egg salad sandwich and I was just obsessing about it and I was like, 'Man, I'm gonna make one of those.' So Saturday, I went out and got, like, a dozen eggs and then I boiled them all and I just, I spent, I dunno, probably three hours, like three and a half hours making, you know, the mayonnaise, and the onions and paprika and, you know, the necessary accoutrement. And then, by the time I was done, I didn't really feel like like eating it.

I like a little mayo, a little hot sauce, a little yellow mustard, salt and pepper. Sometimes add dill relish. Sometimes add dried or fresh dill. I like it pretty simple.

Salt, pepper, red pepper, small squirt of mustard, teaspoon of mayo, teaspoon of sour cream, squirt of Ranch dressing, 1/8 teaspoon of celery salt, 6 chopped boiled eggs.
Stir in all ingredients . Let sit in fridge for flavors to expand for 30 minutes. Slice French bread in long diagonals. Brush on melted butter and then grill the bread. Mix a small amount of plain yogurt with mayo and Guiden's spicy mustard. Spread on the bread, add lettuce, tomato, two fried bacon straps and then a liberal scoop of egg salad. Sprinkle with fresh cracked pepper. Add the second slice of grilled French bread. Enjoy!

I literally just use Miracle Whip, salt and pepper.

I was raised on it that way and it's my favorite way possible now

You seem very down to earth.

My mom grew up poor, and she just recently realized that the reason she likes thin sandwiches (with really thin cold cuts) is because her mother couldn't afford more cold cuts. She has always eaten sandwiches with 2 little pieces of turkey, or like 1/3 the peanut butter a normal person would use

Kind of a csb, but maybe the reason my egg salad is so simple

I make egg & olive salad. Mayonnaise, a little black and white pepper. A dab of mustard. Done.

I don't like a lot of meat on a sandwich either. Most put more than I would.

Replace the Miracle Whip with mayonnaise and that's basically what mine is. Maybe a little poultry seasoning or ground sage.

'Cause my mom made it simple too.

Grated eggs, finely minced onion, enough mayo to moisten it. Toast wheat bread and pile it thick. Add a little salt and pepper. Good with a beer.

Chopped boiled eggs, chopped spanish olives, dab of mayo, stir well, smear on bread, enjoy.

ETA: Sometimes I get fancy and blend the mixture in the food processor, then spread the resulting paste on some bread.

Put some mayo in a bowl and whip till smooth. Add egg yolks, little yellow mustard, dill relish, celery salt and pepper. That makes a litte "sauce". Then I add my egg whites and mix.

My father in law puts canned ham in his..... its suprisingly good.

And I didn't have any bread...
