I was with him until he went off about the issues with legalizing marijuana...saying that the problems will still exist. He does realize that if someone can obtain it legally the drug gangs don't really have much to stand on, right?

He had me up until the end where he reasoned that if possession of weed were legalized it would "wreak havok on our streets" because "just because it's legal to possess doesn't make the transaction legal" or something along those lines.
Who exactly would be wreaking havok on whom? The JPSO on citizens making private sales of a legal substance?

He was on point until he jumped into the decriminalization talk. All points were true, but, he is a hot head and drama queen.
