Breaking Bad/Better Call Saul question (Obvious Spoilers)

Since Saul left for Nebraska, Walter has killed Jack's crew, Walt's body was discovered at the compound.
Jesse is on the run.
Hank and Steve have more than likely been found. Hank never discussed the case details outside of Steve.
Mike is dead, Lydia is dead.
Everyone that was a threat or could implicate Saul is gone.
Now, the one main thing I can think of would be if they found Jesse's confession tape after Walter kiled everyone. But it may not exist, jack could have destroyed the evidence.
Aside from fear, what is keeping him in Nebraska? If Saul found out about everything that has happened since he left..would he be safe to come back to Albuquerque and continue his law practice? or start a new one using his birth name again?

He's really a non-factor though.

possibly, but I think after being jailed one time (that we know of) he is being overly cautious

So do e correct me if I'm wrong, but Hank and his partner still hadn't been found up to the last episode of BB when Walt gives Skylar the lotto ticket with the coordinates of where he buried his money aka where Hanks body is.

They hadn't been found yet, but I'm sure skylar gave the GPS numbers to the feds.
Plus they blames Walter for the murder, his body was recovered and I'm assuming their's were too. Seems like the story would make news since it was a hot topic.

i always took it as Saul was more worried about Cartel/AB backlash then law enforcement.

Exactly.
Gus assassinated a cartel overlord on his own property. That shite was going to lead to something awful eventually.
With the death of DEA agents, the calvary was coming to hit Walter's death, Gus's empire, and Jack's crew with an investigation so thorough there wouldn't be any rectum left afterwards.
Saul/Jimmy was in no position to risk sticking around.
Now what would be interesting would be to see him with a new identity, new SSN, and new location hustle the shite out of some Nebraska folks. He could go to a community law school again, pass the bar, and start doing elder law before becoming Better Call Paul, which fanboys would love because they could discuss the implications of going from Saul to Paul for years.
