I definitely don't want him getting shot, but I'd say he's earned a weekend spot. Godfrey may be better served in a midweek role for now.

Idk but hooefully godfrey lost his spot. Hes not a weekend starter yet.

Did Godfrey walk or hit a few batters? The problem I see is he and some of the bullpen guys aren't mentally ready to enter the game. No excuse for throwing 4 balls in a row as a reliever. It certainly happens, but more than I've liked to see with this lsu team. Godrey appears to have same issues

Godfrey has pitched 2.1 innings combined in his last two outings. Bain has been stellar. I think he should get the start on Sunday at home this weekend against the Plainsmen.
