Don't particularly care for disco but I like this song

Bee Gees - Tragedy

Also, technically released in 1980 but very disco sound

Wings - Goodnight Tonight

That's not the issue. I grew up in the 60's and was privileged to see the greats in concert : Joplin, Hendrix, Santana, The Who, Joe Cocker, etc. Disco was fun to party to but to call it great music is a real stretch.

"Atomic" - Blondie Could watch dat hottie all day.
"Disco Inferno" One of the great base lines of all time.
"Rock Your Baby" - George McCrae Sweet, tasty grooves.

"The Love I Lost" - Harold Melvin & the Blue Notes Probably the best remix I've ever heard. Teddy Pedergrass!

Pretty big backlash vs the Stones when that came out.
