I came onto here last year and spoke very highly of my "Hot N Spicy McChicken Diet". Worked out 4x a week at gym and ate Hot N spicy McChicken sandwiches (no mayo) for almost every meal and lost 25-30 pounds. I added muscle and lost a ton of fat.

I imagine the grams of sodium and cholesterol are much higher in fast food than in lots of supplements.

You love posting this but you seem to be focused only on macronutrients and not micronutrients. Sure you can eat fast food and be in great shape but that doesn't mean it is healthy. Id personally rather get my macros from healthy whole foods and splurge every now and then on a burger or wings.

Cholesterol is completely irrelevant and although a Hot N Spicy has a metric shite ton of sodium in it, it's not like Gatorade is lacking in sodium.

I know what it is good for me and what is bad for me. I know about moderation. frick me people, it's that difficult.

vitamins are easily supplemented though. id rather toss down a few vit d, vit b, and fiber pills than eat broccoli and carrots 7x a week

plus in terms of body composition (aesthetics) micronutrients are near irrelevant.
