I usually consume 7.5 pounds of beer(10 12oz beers is 7.5 lbs), 1 lb of sausage, and like 2 lbs of crawfish

My husband can down 10 no problem. Normally we split 10 with him eating more. That's mostly for cost reasons.

by your logic, a man who could eat a lot of crawfish can eat a lot of meat.

When we pick up crawfish for home, we usually split 10lbs and are full. We did 12lbs the other day, and couldn't finish. Ended up using the tails for etouffee instead.

At a boil I eat more, but it also spans over the entire day.

Of course, Jones is one of those massive pussies that also splits an entree with me in most casual restaurants (GASP!)

Ha. Okay. You need a job transfer to Dicks so you can move on to the More Sports Board.

I don't live in Louisiana, so when I am able to go to my Dad's I can put down 12-15 just because I haven't eaten any in a year or so.

Oh, and I'm also a fattie, so that factors into the poundage.

I've lost 25 pounds though, so suck it, Trebek

I've had to stop eating crawfish. Used to love them and still do, but the last few years they give me severe sh#ts for a couple of days after I eat them. Ate 2 pounds a couple of weeks ago and paid the price. Don't have any problems with boiled shrimp , crabs, or even the fixins of a boil like corn, mushrooms, sausage, etc.

Also, eating crawfish in a dish, like etouffe, does the same.
