5 would be max for me. I've talked to women who claim they can eat 20 lbs. Not sure if they are eating just the tails or the whole thing, but that is still a lot.

6 lbs max if I don't eat sides with the exception of maybe on ear of corn if it's not the rubbery overcooked frozen corn. I don't like that stuff.

depends on the size

10 lbs of selects have way less meat than 10 lbs of small/med

I usually order 7-8lbs. The most I have eaten is 13 lbs, but I could probably do more.

ETA - like others have said, I usuallu stop eating when I am tired or my hands start to prune too much.

I've never once had the frozen corn anywhere which has a decent texture. It's just not good.

10 without sides. Heck, 10 is easy without sides. That's only about 1 - 1.25 pounds of meat

5 if I hit the corn, sausage, garlic, potatoes.

I like to knock out 7-8 lbs and some accompaniments. I sure I theoretically could eat a lot more than that. I've knocked out 10lbs easily many times.

And Gris is a weirdo about frozen corn. It's that damn bad.

I can eat as many as you dump in front of me and I never eat anything else.

And a six pack.

My daughter eats 10 lbs from Tony's about twice a week this time of year.

Yes, it is. So, you must be a weirdo about it, too.

If the crawfish are really juicy, I get full faster and probably top out at 5 lbs or under.

I order 5. Then, depending on how full I get, I may order 2-3 more.

True story: I once saw a man eat 32 pounds in one sitting.

I ordered 4 pounds this weekend when I got from restaurant. I think 5 pounds is the perfect portion. Could I eat more? Sure, but I feel very content after 5.

Oh I've seen people eat that much before. I know some women that sit down at first batch and don't get up until you are cleaning the tables.

I've never seen anybody nab a piece of corn off a crawfish filled table and say "WTF is this, frozen corn???????". They always say "mmm, corn". You my friend are the weirdo.

Nah, they just don't know any better. I have a refined palate, as you know, from years of eating extra crunchy corn dogs.

Have you had fresh corn in a boil? Once you do, you can't eat those rubber kernels. It's a match made in heaven.

I've had fresh corn in a boil. It's great, but more expensive, harder to fool with and I like to use frozen corn when I cut the fire to cool the pot down. Plus I don't find rubbery and inedible. The advantages to having a savages palate..
