All the time but the longest stretch since I began drinking came for me after my birthday this year. My birthday was Aug 1 and I had entirely too much to drink that night. I haven't done that in a LONG time. The hangover was so severe, I could not stop vomiting all day, that I did not drink another drink until around Christmas. Even since then I have had a drink here or there but I haven't gotten more than a slight buzz since that night.

I like to go a day or 2 without alcohol at least every 6 months just to prove to myself that I'm not an alcoholic.

Prolly about 12 years.
I love the taste of beer too much. I'll go 3-4 days occassionally but lately that's been rare. I wanna drink a good beer with my dinner. Pretty simple concept for the adults in this thread.

mine ended last saturday night...I hadn't drank anything for a few weeks and decided to have a few makers while I watched the ball games...
drank three drinks and felt so damn bad the next day that I think I am done with that shite....
