Question about installing black aluminum picket fencing on existing concrete

The concrete mounting brackets for post seem like they would be an exceptionally weak point. Was considering busting a hole in the concrete with a hammer drill and mounting the posts into the dirt and reapplying concrete. What's the OB say?

Are you fencing in a gorilla? Just buy some sturdier brackets. The concrete will look mismatched if that matters to you.

Yea what are you trying to keep fenced in, and what do you consider a weak point?

You can get plenty of resistance from a post-installed anchor if they're installed properly.

I think the bracket mount to the concrete will be fine. But the post mount to the bracket seems weak

Now I see what you mean. I would possibly use ss screws to attach the post to the base. Or you wait until they start to rust the corroseal them. Maybe use some sort of epoxy also?
