I worked for 2 big four firms and neither drug tested me. Though I think I had to do a test for a government client 1 time.

I didn't get drug tested during my internship there a little more than a year ago, but my best friend did and we interned together. It seems that it's just random.
But yeah, you should be done with pot by the time you're looking for a serious job. They only want people who take life serious.

I smoke pot with a guy who works at deloitte, sr manager.
But anyway, I doubt you get tested but the best way to pass a drug test is not to use drugs. If its a summer internship and you aren't a daily smoker, you should be fine.
If you do get piss tested, they are easy enough to pass if you are hot. Go buy a bottle of piss at a headshop, follow instructions and profit.

To each their own, I did smoke pot in college but I was always freaking about getting drug tested for random jobs I had and my parents always threatened to do it, but never did.
It was just an anxiety thing that made me not want to do it and worry about it day in and day out.
I know plenty of people in the professional world who do take part in it, but I would feel zero remorse for them if they were canned because of it.
