This product is off the charts right now. Dr. Oz gave it the thumbs up if that means any damn thing...
Your thoughts?

Quick fixes are the best.

Timing is everything. Try the 8 hour diet. I eat anything and everything I want between the hours of 11-7. Works like a charm for me.

Thats the way to go, especially if your first meal isn't until after training.

I kinda do the no white thing...no bread, flour, milk/dairy or rice and I can drop it. I just know a lot of people doing this natural weight loss thing and they are dropping weight..I can't usually take those pills. I get the shakes and uneasy felling on them..Just wanted to see if anyone on here was doing it..

Do what you gotta do but that's way too much effort. Unsustainable in my opinion which is why you're probably asking about this stuff.

I'm telling ya man, intermittent fasting .... especially when not broken until after workout will shred the pounds.

Also, lift hard for training. ... screw running.

I increased my strength training workouts and I'm noticing more results doing that than I did when I just increased the cardio. I think I also found my happy daily calorie intake though as well.

You could always do what I did. Stop being a lazy sack of shite and get off your fricking arse, there are no shortcuts to getting in shape and losing weight. The people that only want to take short cuts deserve diabetes

Well it doesn't seem to be backed by much research so I would say it's not too promising.
