College hoops 2k or ncaa March madness by EA?

I had college hoops 2k8 until about a year ago and it was a good game. Friend is going to give me NCAA March madness 08 for free and I was wondering how they stack up? Obviously 2k makes a better NBA game than EA, same level of difference?

CH2K, mostly because the servers stayed online until 2012

2k was an awesome CBB game. It fell off a little their last year though. It sucks we don't get a single NCAA game anymore

2006 07-ish was the golden age
there was even an NCAA Baseball game for christ's sake.
NCAA Soccer, NCAA Lacrosse or Hockey was surely in the works at some point.

Usually the EA games offer better presentation. I think NCAA basketball 10 has different networks and commentary teams.

I can't imagine how great CH2k would be if they were still making it. Right now it's still better than most sports games out there, and it came out 8 years ago.
MLB The Show is the only game that comes close to that level of depth in CH2k.

The show has no depth to the game. Do you know what depth means? The show is the same thing every game. I like it but nothing new happens. No awards shows. No NBA 2k talking to players real or fake voice. Nothing. Just 82 games. Nothing even good in off season. I'll never understand the blind love for that game
