What is the groups opinion on Onnit products? Just started the Total Primate Care pack and am still skeptical on the product.

Do you spend a grand every month on supplements ?

dude, nothing on my list is expensive or excessive.

The vitamins are all from either costco or amazon. The protein is like $50 for a 5lb tub. Creatine is $15. ON Amino Energy was $20 at costco.

Yup...the 4.xxlb container. Pretty cheap for isolate. And the greens drink isn't a meal replacement drink, for general health. Priced well compared to other greens products.

I have a supp called Greens Phreak, a pharmaphreak greens supplement, and the sweet green apple flavor should be labeled sweet green arse.

It's pretty terrible tasting.

I'm curious, I've only taken whey protein. All the stuff you listed... This is primarily for bulking, right? interesting to read how much stuff y'all take in.

Combat is good shite. I enjoyed their "get swole" bundle on BB.com.

During my trip from 310 lbs to 215 lbs, I found that fasted cardio first thing in the morning worked the best. It supercharged my weight loss, and made me feel great the whole day after the increased oxygen intake.

I don't get the hate on supplements. My wife says she would rather me use supplements than raid the pantry after every single workout.

Same here....I mean in order to recover and build lean muscle, you need to consume Protein....It's hard for me to eat 150 grams of protein a day, so if I can get 50 grams from a shake, then so be it

As for other Supps, what's wrong with taking Glutamine, BCAA, etc...if they allow you to recover quicker and have more energy for your next workout, then what's the problem??

I understand the PreWorkout issue, but some people need that extra pick me up sometimes, and coffee just doesnt cut it....Just don't abuse it, and you will be fine...everything in moderation obviously
