Outlook PST naming tool

Anyone know if there is a tool that can analyze an outlook PST file and give me the user and the time period it covers? In preparing for a migration to 365 I need to import my old data for legal reasons. My former IT guy allowed outlook to name all archived information "archive" so i have 200 files with the same name. I know I can manually open each file and name but I am hoping there is an easier way.
