Most of the time, I don't reheat it at all. I slice it very thinly and either eat it on a sandwich or pile it atop a salad.

Microwave until center is room temp (maybe 15 seconds). sear in a pan.

It's damn near impossible to reheat a steak without over-cooking it. Usually, what I do is not even try to reheat it as just a regular steak. I generally slice it thin and heat it in the frying pan with a little butter to make a steak sandwich of fajitas.

250 in oven. Pull at 110 internal temp. Heat skillet with some oil and sear both sides about a minute

Oven, as low as it will go until the center is warm again, apply a little butter or olive oil to help with moisture.

Or, like many have said, slice it up and use for fajitas or a salad topping.

I usually wind up cubing it and making shaken beef over some rice.

slice it up and put it on a pan with cheese on top and put it in oven for a bit. Makes a nice sandwich.

Same way I cooked it the first time. In the microwave, and then dump A1 on top.

I prefer it cold, as well. I would rather have a cold piece of medium rare steak than a reheated well done piece of steak.

Slice thin or chop, cook briefly in butter to warm while adding cheese to melt, place over a nice hoagie roll.

NEVER had a leftover steak. Always able to polish 'em off during the meal.

I slice thin and toss in a pan with butter and garlic. Not too long. Put enough butter and garlic that it doesn't matter if it ends up a tad over cooked.

Leftover steaks always belong to my wife. But I eat them.
