@AdamSchefter: NFL expected to suspend Falcons president Rich McKay from comp committee and take draft pick from ATL for piping in crowd noise, per sources
quote:
@AdamSchefter: Browns GM Ray Farmer also expected to be suspended for Text-gate role but Cleveland is not expected to lose a draft pick, per sources.

@AdamSchefter: There also could be hefty fines handed down against ATL and CLEV for its roles in unapproved NFL activities. Announcement coming by Tuesday.
Curious to the fine amounts and what draft picks the falcons would lose

At least the Falcons can keep the lights on while we pipe in our crowd noise. Come at me bro.

Falcons pipe in stadium noise and lose a draft pick. Patriots alter a game ball and Roger doesn't touch it. Don't want to lose that invitation to Bob Kraft's summer home. He just bought a new pair of swim trunks he thought Bob would compliment.

Is this really a punishment?

"Meanwhile, the NFL has announced it will suspend Sean Payton for the 2015 NFL season for not pointing out the piped in crowd noise during the Saints game in Atlanta. When questioned about the punishment, Commissioner Goodell stated that 'Ignorance is not an excuse.'"

Is there a more morally bankrupt sports league than the NFL right now? Rampant cheating in multiple front offices, murderers/child abusers/wife beaters/drug traffickers on its rosters, cover-ups in the commissioner's office. Thank god for wholesome entertainment like the NBA

Ditto on that. And the patriots scandal has largely disappeared.
Pathetic.
Pathetic.

That's because the scandal was built on poor reporting instead of a real investigation that uncovered actual evidence of wrongdoing
