So is drinking. I bet NOLA beats every other city in outdoor drinking... so we got that going for us, which is nice.

this louisiana vs michigan thing is getting pretty ridiculous. the guy gave an offhand comment that wasnt phrased perfectly - but i think we all get his point. he enjoys the outdoor activities of his current location more than the ones in SELA. not terribly offensive or unreasonable and i didnt see it as a bash on louisiana.

I didn't say everyone would unanimously feel that those are the best activities.
This may shock you, but a lot of people out there don't like hunting or fishing, so south Louisiana wouldn't be as big of an outdoor draw for them.

Having been to the burbs of Detroit recently. It blows anything in Louisiana out of the water on a scale of pretty much anything.
Outdoor activities, things to do, etc.
Now, it's cold as balls up there for 3-4 months out of the year, but other than that, it's awesome. Summers are great
