A top 28 lhsaa boys team, let's say 2a 3a 4a or 5a vs a women's team in the elite 8
Who wins

Depends on the height of the players on each roster. Size matters more in basketball than in any other sport.

Every top 28 boys team would beat every team in women's CBB.

That's kinda why I narrowed to a boys top 28 team
All of which have atleast a few tall players who could match up with a college women's center

They're different sports.
I will say, some of the women on these top college teams can shoot better than a lot of the men.

Especially free throws.

How much do the women's shooting percentage drop when they go to the bigger ball? I would say a decent bit

UConn beats all of the top 28 in my opinion.

What the hell are you watching?

So who is going to guard the two 6'4" guys that can dunk easily? And the guys will be able to play man to man defense and the women would struggle to score 30 points

Women's college teams typically recruit guys from the student body to scrimmage against in practice. I'd say a good, or even above average, HS team would probably beat an elite women's team most of the time, barring the women's team having a couple of once in a lifetime players.

lol no
Coming from someone who coaches girls, the guys would win.
Not because of size, or strength, skill, or athleticism, but from sheer speed of game difference.
Boys throw passes much quicker than girls, leading to moving the bll much faster. Boys fast twitch muscles are quicker than girls, leading to getting off shots quicker and closing down a shooter quicker, and reacting to passes quicker
This is the real differences boys and girls bball, even in college you see girls throw these passes all the time that any decent high school boy would pick off with ease. The girls, even the elite ones, make those passes because 90% of the people they play against cant react, move, and engage quick enough to stop it, but boys can

High school boy champs.
MUCH faster, MUCH better rebounders.
MUCH better defenders.
free throws the girls could be better.
There might be a boys champ with no good 3 point shooters on it.
the girls would not be able to advance the ball against a press in time to beat the clock, and they would not get any rebounds except for long bounces and the odd carom.
testosterone and speed.
I watch both. The skill level is not even close except for UConn and in that case, the best outside shooter is big and slow. I doubt she could get a shot off or even get the ball if the defender was dedicated to preventing her from touching it.
