What would they be?
Mine:
"Corky Howser:" Life Goes On meets Doogie Howser, MD to explore the prejudices and misconceptions people have about allowing a young man with Downs Syndrome perform surgery.

No idea why but those are the two that immediately popped in my head.

Game of Enterprise: the mandate to boldly go where no man has gone before takes a whole new meaning when main characters actually suffer consequences for their decisions. Captain Kirk's tactical blunders and philandering see him exiled to the galactic wastes to stand watch over a nebulous black hole. Meanwhile, Spock seizes control and begins a logical reign of terror. Jordy, Wharf and A Romulan whose name no one remembers make unlikely allies and plot to overthrow Spock and seize the Bridge for themselves.

Knight Rider in the 25th Century: There's trouble brewing on the International Space Station and it's the Knight Foundation to the rescue... but something goes awry...
The series progresses a lot like the Gil Gerard version... only there's a lot of "will they/won't they" tension between KITT and Twiki.
ETA:
Things get chippy in the 2nd season as KITT gets progressively more stir crazy.

Cagney & Alf: Chris Cagney and Alf are police officers in New York City. They are partners and friends, but they lead different personal lives. Cagney is a single, career-minded woman. Alf is an alien from Melmac who has decided to enter law enforcement after his space ship crashes and is damaged beyond repair. Together they combat sexism and xenophobia in the human male-dominated workplace.

The fresh prince of bel-airwolf: a street-smart teenager from West Philadelphia who is sent to move in with his wealthy aunt and uncle in their Bel Air mansion after getting into a fight on a local basketball court. what he didn't expect was to learn the REAL family business: stopping espionage and fighting the Cold War by flying an ultra high tech helicopter housed underneath their mansion.
