Or they could fear the repercussions of whooping some minority arse or killing one. Look at George Zimmerman and the cop in Ferguson. Both justified shootings. The law abiding citizen is always at the disadvantage. Even if this guy knew what was about to happen, he most likely as something to live for and would rather not be charged as an aggressor had he preempted the attack and throat punched that gutless turd. He'd be looking at jail time and a hate crime. Meanwhile, the shiteater that sucker punched him will go on about his life without a care in the world. No justice dept investigation. No media onslaught calling for his capture. But eventually, these one of these dicksuckers will get hold of a white dude that either don't give a shite or has nothing to live for and we will have some more Mike shitBrown's and Trayvon's...and the world will be a better place.

It is common in shithole places filled with shithole people. On a bus full of mixed races that coward never would have acted. That bus was filled with way more racists than the OU frat bus, the thug knew that.

Wont happen, but every DA up the chain of command should be recalled as they refuse to prosecute as a hate crime.
