Kentucky vs Notre Dame
Duke vs Gonzaga
Wisconsin vs Arizona
Michigan St vs Louisville

These are big boy matchups and thank god there isn't a plucky Cinderella team to ruin it this year. Those teams are fun until the Sweet 16 or so but not after that. These are four big time games and they all have instant classic potential.

Who does everyone think moves on? I'll go UK, Duke, Arizona, MSU

It's funny how just a few weeks ago this board was talking about how much of a dumpster fire Louisville was.

If ND shoots it really well from deep, you could have four great close games.

Louisville was a dumpster fire. Then they jettisoned Chris Jones and Quin Snyder grew up really fast and all of a sudden, here's Louisville.

Crazy what can happen in the tournament. This tournament solidifies my belief that coaches play a huge part come tourney time. Look who's left
Calipari
Ryan
Izzo
Pitino
Coach K.
Then the others aren't too shabby in their own right.

Those were my words, and I wish I had chosen them more carefully

That said, Louisville is still nowhere nearly as good as their elite 8 appearance has made them seem. They are just now showing signs of life offensively and have zero bench. It's basically a 6 man rotation. Pitino is obviously a good coach, but the handling of Chris Jones was bizarre and he's been publicly disparaging some of his players (Shaqquan Aaron). The fact that they are here is mind boggling.

Mike Bray, Mark Few and Sean Miller are the three worst coaches left in the field. That's incredible

Some tend to forget, there is plenty of talent on this team and have been top 10-20 all year. It's not like our losses during the regular season were to crappy teams. Pitino is a mastermind in March and is one of the best in getting the best out of his players in the Tournament. This team has bought into it. Better late than never I guess

Was just about to post something similar. The tournament is only about coaches. The Jay Wright's of the world get bounced every year. I kept thinking Louisville and MSU couldn't score enough to make a run this year, but I shoulda known Pitino and Izzo could take half this board to the Elite Eight.

This Louisville team is not the same as they peyton silva team. I would love to see them win but the ncaa will have it rigged for Duke and Kentucky

That's all fine, but don't be surprised to see them playing UK next Monday when it's all said and done.

I hate UL and Rick P is a scumbag but I have learned to not underestimate his teams.

Do you even Butler bro?

That final against Duke was an instant classic. Would have been even better if that desperation heave at the end had gone in.
