I'm aware of the 3 points separating the top 5 U-21 teams. Which means absolutely nothing at that level.

The defensive players who are saving your U-21 team week in and week out are good. Must I remind you that you play Falcao and Rafael in that side with Valdes in goal. Maybe if we stuck Vorm in goal for our U-21s we might have drawn as many features too

like you guys playing Khumalo that same match

Trying to argue that United's youth system is not top tier is foolish.

Your whole over age player argument is a fail bc all big clubs do it.

It isn't an over age argument at all. It is the fact that those three players could be starting on a number of EPL 1st team squads. Khumalo has never gotten a start for our first team.

It is quite a fair argument considering it is partly the reason your U-21 team is in 1st at the moment.

You have good youth players, yes. But to act like your first team players didn't help that scoreline is absurd. They aren't as good as you think they are.

Well our real game was kind of a buzz kill, so I have to grasp at something. And acting like United's U-21 team is THE U-21 team on the planet is just fricking absurd.

Again very sound logic for the entire world of youth academies, you're killing it today.

Funny thing is I don't care if you call Spurs shite, but someone says something about United and boy do you get a head full of steam.

Its hard to judge in countries like Spain and Germany

But again United did beat Spurs for the youth cup last year Congrats.

You are really reaching for straws here

I said United, Liverpool and Chelsea are best in England right now not Europe.

And if you had any idea how the current youth set up works in Germany and Spain you would know most of them play on the B or II teams.

Just like Julian Green did.

Schalke is out of control with their development of young talent. Max Meyer just slays.

They really are and thats why playing these kids vs grown arse professionals in the lower divisions helps

Blows my mind so many people here against the B teams playing in the football league. Who cares if they get spanked.
