All I learned was about concussions and mouthpieces I think. He posted a graph showing passing plays on different downs and some quotes.

After 2011 and 2012.. and then with the departure of talent from the 2013 team.. i'm not sure what you expected. If it's not corrected this year, then i'll worry.

At no point have we become even close to what Auburn and Texas went through. When you play in a division(sec west) that has had 8 different sec west teams play in the national title game since 2007,youre gonna have a down year when you start such an inexperienced team. None of our starting skill position players had more than 2 starts under their belt. Its hard to win 9 games every year. Before the 2014 season, only 4 programs out of 126 had won at least 9 games each of the last 5 years and lsu was one of them. If we dont have double digit wins and seriously challenge for the west , then id hope Miles' seat would get hot. I give him credit for giving us a great 10 year stretch but cfb is a what have you done today business and lsu has reached a level where we should at least win the sec title once,every 4 years. Which is hard to do. Before Bama won the sec title this past season, they had 2 sec titles in 15 years.

Until this past season i haven't been concerned.
2012-we were destroyed by injuries. We lost 3 starting olinemen, starting rb,2 starting lbs, and lost TM7 before the season.
2013- we were good.
2014- I wasnt happy with the qb rotation during the latter part of the season and i wish Miles had let Harris get game snaps because if Jennings hasnt progressed we are right back to having an inexperienced qb.

I just notice you post that a lot and wonder why you want to crap on an ENTIRE fanbase that you yourself are a part of. You certainly think you're a good fan, otherwise you wouldn't love coach Miles like you do, but you call out the entire fanbase. I just find it very condescending and self-righteous. I know-you don't care.
And I do admire your loyalty, but sometimes your purple and gold eyesight is just nauseating. Keep doing your thing, but I'll still expect it to suck often.

The numbers don't lie. I said the decline was not as bad. Read it again. But 8-0, 6-2, 5-3, 4-4 is-by definition-a decline. I do not mean the word "decline" in quite the negative connotation you're thinking, but it IS a decline, and while I'm not ready to panic, it concerns me for the time being.

Just look at the final rankings you posted and tell me that doesn't bother you just a little bit. And no one is taking away from the top 15 thing. In fact we're also the only team in college football to reach 8 wins 15 years in a row. That's a legitimate accomplishment. But we're LSU and we don't just hang our hat on that. Our standards are higher, and the results are not there (again, for the time-being).

I don't think anyone shites on accomplishments as they happen, ever. But the older they get, the more frustrated fans become. See Miami. I don't think we are any worse than any historically successful program.

No i acknowledged miles' shortcomings and freely admit when he fricks up. Ive repeatedly said he needs to either change the offense to a spread or stop recruiting qbs that have never taken a snap under center.
Ive acknowledged that he plays not lose sometimes.
Ive acknowledged his clock mismanagement.
I dont think Miles is a top 10 coach right now but he is definitely top 15 and i dont think the other top 10 are leaving their program for lsu.
Ive also said that if he doesnt win at least 10 games this year that we need to make a change.
I just have a problem with lsu "fans" that come on this site and do nothing but shite on lsu athletics.

Lsu also plays Florida and they were in the 2008 bcscg.

You and HiJaxTiger come into every thread, hijack it, post off topic, and post the same history over and over, thousands of times. The QB charts show LSU has had a chronic problem of being at or well below the 50 percentile mark for the last 10 yrs. That correlates with one BCS/CFP bowl appearance in the past 7 years. You see comparing LSU vs LSU will not win championships and big bowl money. Miles, Cam, and Steele are now dedicated to pace, utilizing our 12 WRs, TEs, and RBs in a spread read option modern offense.
True FR Kaaya had as many yds and a few more TDs than Mett, essentially the same, though Mett was 5th yr, Mett's 4th yr was no where near Kaaya.
