Im bringing my camp down to Dularge in a few weeks for the next year or so. I want to see how it goes and if we like it. I'll trade room and board for someone to show me around.

cool offer. Watch the Dulac/Cocdrie post as the season progresses and ask again. There are alot of fishermen on this board that fish the area and that are more than willing to help. Best way to learn is do it often. Get out there and fish.

Plug Terrebonne Sheriff office into your phone. They have a water patrol unit that will come get you if you get in any trouble.

Be careful in Raccouci bay when water is low. It'll go from 2-3 ft to 4" very quickly if you don't stay in channel. I'd recommend getting a GPS trail through the bay if you plan on going decade to Mechant alot.

I've fished a little East of out of Cocodrie and then I know West of Dularge like the back of my hand..Lost Lake, Four League Bay, However, Decade and Mechant etc...this will we a little different for us

We pretty much exclusively fish this area since our camp is 5 min past decade.
Shoot me an email at cp3tdot@gmail when yall head out there. If we are down at the camp I have no problem showing you around a bit. Just got a new boat so well be running it alot hopefully.
