A South Florida lawyer, Warren Redlich, has come up with a way for drivers to handle police at drunken-driving checkpoints. He posted a video about it that has gotten over 2 million internet views.

There arent many DUI checkpoints in south fl. Everyone drives home drunk. Didn't even see my first checkpoint until I came to LSU. Only on holidays do I ever see them, and that's even rare.

What do the cops do in this situation? Ask you to pull over then what?

If they say your mannerisms make you appear intoxicated aren't you then under suspicion and then have to exit the vehicle?

If you aren't drunk, then why not just cooperate with the cops, it will make everything go much smoother, get through the checkpoint much faster, and be on with the rest of your night.

Same things as those D-bags on youtube who walk around carrying an AR15 just to get cops attention, and refuse to give them their ID's, when asked to show it. Makes the rest of us gun carrying citizens look bad.

Probably. Or just lie on their police report and say they thought they saw a beer can in your hand.

Not much to it really.

I don't drink alcohol, I don't own a gun, I don't do any illegal drugs, but this is the most valuable video I've seen in awhile.

It's long, however, I think it should be common knowledge.

Nah Bruh, the buzzed driver is just trying to make it home on the DL, with no attention from anyone, especially the Po-Po. Open carry guys are just attention whores. Look at meeeeeeee!
