Biggie's lyric in Juicy says... get paid, blow up like the world trade. Always thought that was a crazy coincidence?

Oprah Winfrey and her minions must have been the only people buying music in the 1990s. I don't think I ever listened to any of these songs in their entirety and I graduated both high school and college in the 1990s. Well maybe Macarena, but I would only admit to it on a an anonymous forum.

quote:

1 "One Sweet Day" Mariah Carey & Boyz II Men
2 "Macarena (Bayside Boys Mix)" Los Del Rio
3 "I'll Make Love To You" Boyz II Men
4 "Un-Break My Heart" Toni Braxton
5 "Candle in the Wind 1997 / Something About the Way You Look Tonight" Elton John
6 "End of the Road" Boyz II Men
7 "I Will Always Love You" Whitney Houston
8 "The Boy Is Mine" Brandy & Monica
9 "I Swear" All-4-One
10 "I'll Be Missing You" Puff Daddy & Faith Evans ft. 112

Heck, Motley Crue came out with Dr. Feelgood in the 90's. Metallica came out with the Black Album. None of it mattered once that track from Nirvana dropped. After that it was all Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Smashing Pumpkins, Stone Temple Pilot, etc. with some Red Hot Chili Peppers as a side dish. Metallica still kept going strong, but it wasn't the same.

He gets it

Faded is the best boy band song of the 90s. Not even close.
