One of the old big the networks would be smart to pick them up. Hell, any subscription based channel would be smart to do so.

They'd be smart to, but I doubt they will. I think Netflix is our only shot at keeping Top Gear as we've known it.

Would be great if the American version has the power/ability to sign them all.

It was actually Clarkson that reported the incident.

It'll be back. Things just need to cool off a bit.

If true he stepped out of line and then realized he was a cock and tried to apologize then maybe it shouldn't result in termination.

I get the BBC's stance and Clarkson seems like a real diva. He has earned a little right to act like a prick. In two years when the show dies I wonder how many will regret the actions being done right now.

No, thanks. I think it's good here.

fricking relax man. This is news, not just some post about the show in general.......

Well it was posted just after midnight on the M/TV Board... so I suppose we're just double posting "general information" now.

GFY.

Hopefully BBC America will keep showing the reruns. There are still a lot of them I haven't seen.

This is exactly why I am glad it was posted here. I hardly ever go to the M/TV board. The point of that board is to discuss plots, characters, etc.

I don't give a frick if it is double posted so you GFY.

So you've been here since 2005 and don't know how this all works?

If you see a story about a "TELEVISION SHOW", you think you might want to look at the M/TV board?

You know what, you're right... I've got a thread about Halo 5 I need to post here on OT... gimme a sec.

Domino's Pizza guy getting killed should be on the FDB

As should the taco bell flip out.

Tax question should be on the Money Board

Or, maybe some topics transcend one board and can be covered.

Gutted at such a sad end to an era. We're all three of us idiots in our different ways but it's been an incredible ride together.

How much Top Gear brings in per second (running counter).

Jeremy is a frickin genius....but he's also prima donna. Throwing punches because food wasn't ready right when you showed up ain't gonna work obviously.

Hopefully it's picked up elsewhere.

While I don't like what Clarkson did, I like how all three appear to be sticking together.

And nice fricking hat.

Other sources have said that clarkson only reported it after finding out the guy that he assaulted was going to report it and make a big deal out of it.
