Yeah I know. I'm in the commercial MEP business and bid work, but was just curious what the residential GC side looks like as it relates to markup percentages.

I found talking their percentage was almost pointless. I basically just got bids from multiple reputable contractors. Pricing kind of grouped in the same area so I went with the one we felt best using.
