The reason why the B1G always seems to have 2 teams in the final 4 is that the NCAA tourney favors the B1G style of play. Defense, rebounding and coaching. The B1G regular season is a gauntlet and prepares you for the NCAA tourney.

Well they weren't good either. Even so, 1 dominant team and 2 decent teams does not make a conference good.
