I did hear recently from a brewery owner that he had to think very carefully about signing a contract with a distributor, because those contracts are very difficult to get out of in the state of Oregon, once you enter into them. That makes getting beer from some breweries difficult, at times.

Taprooms have customers mule kegs from breweries. Whatever it takes...
