Brussle sprouts. First cooked some bacon. Saved 3tb of the drippings and mixed with 2tb Dijon mustard and tossed the sprouts. Then tossed with some shake n bake and in the oven at 425 for 25 min. Coulda gone longer...still a little too crunchy for the fams liking.
Marinated some pounded chicken breast in some sun dried tomato dressing then coated with garlic and herb seasoning and a touch of sea salt. Then into the primo to burn up.
Plated up
And some on fork shots.

Simple, lamb chops. Sea salt, cracked pepper, thyme, rosemary, garlic and olive oil.
